Welcome to Water This, a field guide for a living Los Angeles. Water This helps communities across LA dream into more resilient future together. It equips facilitators with tools for live presentations and collaborations.

Water This is an evolving set of tools, including:

  • Spark (coming soon), which helps you demonstrate the potential of of a living LA. Spark includes videos and interactive visualizations that shift that help you show Angelenos how they can thrive by working differently with our water and land. 
  • See (in beta), which supports the development of new community visions for your community. See includes map-based features for collaboratively exploring neighborhoods and dreaming into new opportunities.
  • Sketch (coming soon), which allows you to try out possible remedies in your neighborhood. Sketch gives you feedback on the benefits and tradeoffs of different pathways for communities and ecosystems.

  • Creating strategic plans for climate resilience
